We want you to love your VELIN piece. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to start a return
All returns must start by emailing us at support@byvelin.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send any item back before contacting us — items returned without authorisation cannot be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it — contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additionaan 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at support@byvelin.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to email us — we'll helifferent size or piece.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
UK & EU customers
In addition to our 30-day policy, you have a statutory right todays of delivery under UK/EU consumer law.
